Key Responsibilities

  • Support the relationship management team in developing and maintaining partnerships with network providers and digital wallet companies
  • Assist in negotiating partnership agreements, including terms for integration, revenue sharing, and performance metrics
  • Conduct market research on emerging trends in commerce payments to identify new partnership opportunities
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product, engineering, and legal, to ensure seamless integration of partner solutions into JP Morgan Chase's payment platforms
  • Monitor and analyze partnership performance using KPIs such as transaction volume, adoption rates, and customer satisfaction
  • Prepare reports and presentations for senior leadership on partnership initiatives and outcomes

Required Qualifications
