Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the overall management of the wallet and strategic partners team, driving the strategy, execution, and growth of key partnerships
  • Identify, negotiate, and onboard new strategic partners to enhance JP Morgan Chase's commerce payments offerings
  • Collaborate with product, engineering, legal, and compliance teams to integrate partner solutions into our payment platforms
  • Develop and maintain relationships with C-level executives at partner organizations to ensure alignment on mutual goals
  • Monitor industry trends in digital wallets, BNPL, and payment innovations to inform partnership strategies
  • Oversee performance metrics and KPIs for partnerships, ensuring they deliver value to JP Morgan Chase's clients and revenue targets
  • Manage contract renewals, expansions, and risk assessments for all wallet and strategic partnerships
  • Mentor and develop team members, fostering a culture of innovation and collaboration within the product partnerships group
  • Represent JP Morgan Chase at industry conferences and in external stakeholder engagements related to payments partnerships

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Computer Science, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred
  • 10+ years of experience in product management, partnerships, or business development within the financial services or payments industry
  • Proven track record of leading high-impact partnerships with wallet providers, fintech companies, or strategic technology partners
  • Deep understanding of digital payments ecosystems, including mobile wallets, real-time payments, and regulatory compliance in financial services
  • Strong leadership experience managing cross-functional teams in a fast-paced, matrixed organization
  • Excellent negotiation and contract management skills with experience in vendor and partner agreements
  • Ability to travel up to 20% domestically and internationally as needed
