Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with regional leadership to develop and execute strategic initiatives for the Southwest Segment of JP Morgan Chase's Commercial Bank
  • Identify and implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency and client service delivery
  • Support business planning, budgeting, and performance tracking for the commercial banking team
  • Analyze market trends and competitive landscapes to inform strategic decisions in the Southwest region
  • Facilitate cross-functional partnerships between Commercial Bank teams and other JP Morgan lines of business
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide reporting to senior management
  • Lead ad-hoc projects related to risk management, compliance, and client onboarding
  • Mentor junior associates and contribute to talent development within the Business Management team
  • Ensure adherence to JP Morgan Chase's policies, procedures, and regulatory standards

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in business management, strategy, or operations within the financial services industry
  • Proven track record in driving process improvements and supporting senior leadership in a commercial banking environment
  • Strong understanding of commercial banking products, services, and regulatory requirements
  • Experience working in a regional or segment-specific role, preferably in the Southwest US market
  • Ability to travel up to 20% within the Southwest region
