Key Responsibilities

  • Support the development and enhancement of commercial banking products tailored to middle-market clients
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze market trends and client needs in the U.S. commercial banking sector
  • Assist in the creation of product roadmaps and feature specifications for digital banking solutions
  • Conduct research on competitive landscapes and regulatory requirements impacting commercial products
  • Participate in client feedback sessions to refine product offerings and improve user experience
  • Contribute to project management tasks, including timelines, deliverables, and stakeholder reporting
  • Support the integration of technology solutions, such as AI-driven analytics, into commercial banking products
  • Monitor product performance metrics and recommend data-driven improvements
  • Engage in training and mentorship to rebuild technical and industry knowledge during the program
  • Assist in preparing materials for internal presentations and external client communications

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in finance, business, or a related field
  • At least 2-5 years of prior professional experience in financial services, banking, or a related industry
  • Demonstrated career break of at least 2 years due to life events such as parenting, caregiving, or personal development
  • Strong interest in returning to the workforce within the commercial banking sector
  • Eligibility to work in the United States without sponsorship
  • Availability for a full-time seasonal role in Plano, TX starting in 2026
  • Commitment to completing the 6-12 month ReEntry Program with potential for permanent placement
