Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strategic relationships with commercial banking clients in the applied technology sector, providing tailored financial solutions
• Originate new business opportunities by identifying client needs and pitching JP Morgan Chase's suite of banking products
• Conduct comprehensive credit and financial analysis to structure loans, lines of credit, and other financing options
• Collaborate with internal teams, including risk, treasury, and investment banking, to deliver holistic advisory services
• Monitor client portfolios, ensuring compliance with lending covenants and identifying opportunities for cross-selling
• Stay abreast of industry trends in applied technology, such as software, fintech, and digital services, to advise clients proactively
• Lead negotiations on complex deals, managing documentation and closing processes
• Mentor junior bankers and contribute to team development within JP Morgan Chase's Commercial Banking division
• Ensure all activities adhere to regulatory requirements and JP Morgan Chase's risk management standards

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
• Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in commercial banking, with a focus on technology or applied technology sectors
• Proven track record in managing client relationships and originating new business in financial services
• Strong understanding of credit analysis, risk management, and lending products tailored to technology companies
• Series 7 and 63 licenses or equivalent certifications required
• Experience working with mid-market to large corporate clients in the applied technology industry

Preferred Qualifications

• MBA or advanced degree in Finance or Technology Management
