Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct thorough credit analysis and risk assessments to support lending decisions and portfolio management
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams at JP Morgan Chase, including investment banking and capital markets, to deliver integrated financial solutions
  • Monitor client performance, identify growth opportunities, and provide proactive advice on market trends and regulatory changes

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field
  • Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in commercial banking, relationship management, or financial services
  • Proven track record in originating and managing commercial loans and credit facilities for mid-market clients
  • Deep knowledge of the disruptive commerce and internet banking sectors, including e-commerce, fintech, and digital payment ecosystems
  • Strong understanding of credit analysis, risk management, and regulatory compliance in the financial services industry
  • Active network within the technology and commerce industries in the San Francisco Bay Area
  • Series 7 and 63 licenses or equivalent certifications required

Preferred Qualifications

  • MBA or advanced degree in Finance or related field
