Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain strategic relationships with emerging middle-market clients (revenues $10M-$500M) in the Las Vegas region, providing tailored banking solutions
  • Originate new business opportunities by prospecting, networking, and leveraging JP Morgan Chase's brand to grow the client portfolio
  • Conduct comprehensive financial analysis, including cash flow modeling and industry benchmarking, to assess client needs and recommend appropriate products
  • Structure and negotiate credit facilities, including term loans, lines of credit, and treasury services, while ensuring compliance with regulatory standards
  • Collaborate with internal teams such as credit risk, treasury, and investment banking to deliver integrated financial solutions
  • Monitor client portfolios for performance, early warning signs, and opportunities for expansion or refinancing
  • Represent JP Morgan Chase at industry events, chambers of commerce, and client meetings to enhance market presence in Nevada
  • Prepare detailed credit memos and presentations for senior management approval on complex deals
  • Ensure adherence to all JP Morgan Chase policies, including KYC, AML, and fair lending practices
  • Mentor junior team members and contribute to the development of the Emerging Middle Market Banking strategy

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field
  • Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in commercial banking, relationship management, or financial services
  • Proven track record in originating and managing commercial loans and credit facilities for middle-market clients
  • Strong understanding of financial analysis, credit underwriting, and risk assessment in the commercial banking sector
  • Active network in the Las Vegas business community, particularly with emerging middle-market companies
  • Series 7 and 63 licenses or willingness to obtain them
  • Ability to travel within the Las Vegas metropolitan area as needed

Preferred Qualifications

  • MBA or advanced degree in Finance or related field
  • Experience working with technology, healthcare, or real estate sectors in the Western U.S.
  • Prior role at a major financial institution like JP Morgan Chase or similar
