Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in commercial banking, credit analysis, or relationship management within the financial services industry
  • Proven track record of managing and growing client portfolios in the middle market segment, with a focus on emerging companies
  • Strong understanding of commercial lending products, treasury services, and risk management practices
  • Active network in the Knoxville, TN business community or ability to develop one quickly
  • Series 7 and 63 licenses or willingness to obtain them
  • Ability to travel within the local market as needed

Preferred Qualifications

  • MBA or advanced degree in Finance or related field
