Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain strategic relationships with middle market clients in healthcare, higher education, and non-profit sectors to provide tailored financial solutions
  • Lead the origination, negotiation, and closing of commercial lending, treasury services, and capital markets transactions
  • Conduct comprehensive financial analysis and credit assessments to support lending decisions aligned with JP Morgan's risk framework
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including credit, treasury, and investment banking, to deliver integrated financial products
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within target industries to expand JP Morgan's client portfolio
  • Monitor client portfolios for performance, compliance, and emerging needs, providing proactive advisory services
  • Represent JP Morgan at industry conferences and events to enhance brand visibility and generate leads
  • Ensure adherence to all regulatory requirements and internal policies in all client interactions
  • Mentor junior team members and contribute to the development of sector-specific strategies

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in commercial banking, with a focus on healthcare, higher education, or non-profit sectors
  • Proven track record in managing middle market client relationships and driving revenue growth
  • Strong understanding of financial analysis, credit underwriting, and risk management in the financial services industry
  • Active network within the healthcare, higher education, and non-profit communities
  • Series 7 and 63 licenses or equivalent certifications required
