Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strategic relationships with healthcare services clients, providing tailored financial solutions including loans, lines of credit, and cash management services
• Originate new business opportunities by identifying healthcare sector needs and pitching JP Morgan Chase's comprehensive banking products
• Conduct thorough credit analysis and risk assessments for commercial lending portfolios, ensuring compliance with internal policies and regulatory standards
• Collaborate with internal teams, including treasury services and investment banking, to deliver integrated financial advice to clients
• Monitor client portfolios to mitigate risks, manage delinquencies, and optimize financial performance in the dynamic healthcare environment
• Represent JP Morgan Chase at industry events, networking with healthcare executives to expand the client base in The Woodlands and surrounding areas
• Prepare detailed financial reports and presentations for senior management and clients, highlighting market trends in healthcare financing
• Ensure adherence to all federal and state regulations, including those specific to healthcare financing and anti-money laundering protocols
• Mentor junior bankers and contribute to team development initiatives within the Commercial Banking division

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
• Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in commercial banking or financial services, with a focus on healthcare sector clients
• Proven track record in originating and managing commercial loans and credit facilities exceeding $50 million
• Strong understanding of healthcare industry regulations, including HIPAA and reimbursement models
• Active Series 7 and Series 63 licenses or equivalent
• Experience in credit analysis, risk assessment, and portfolio management within a large financial institution

Preferred Qualifications

• MBA or advanced degree in Finance or Healthcare Administration
• Prior experience working with healthcare services providers such as hospitals, clinics, and medical practices
• Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish, given the diverse client base in Texas
• Demonstrated success in cross-selling treasury management and capital markets products at JP Morgan Chase
