Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain strategic relationships with Commercial Banking clients in the media, communications, and digital infrastructure sectors

  • Conduct financial analysis and credit underwriting to structure tailored financing solutions for clients' growth initiatives
  • Collaborate with internal teams, such as credit risk, treasury services, and investment banking, to deliver integrated solutions
  • Monitor client portfolios, anticipate needs, and mitigate risks in a dynamic industry landscape
  • Represent JP Morgan Chase at industry conferences and networking events to enhance brand visibility
  • Prepare and present business plans, credit proposals, and performance reports to senior management
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies in all client interactions
  • Drive revenue growth by cross-selling JP Morgan's ecosystem of services to existing clients

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field
  • Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in commercial banking, relationship management, or credit analysis within the financial services industry
  • Proven track record of managing client relationships in the media, communications, or digital infrastructure sectors
  • Strong understanding of commercial lending, treasury services, and capital markets solutions
  • Series 7 and 63 licenses or equivalent certifications required
  • Ability to travel up to 25% for client meetings and industry events

Preferred Qualifications

  • MBA or advanced degree in Finance or a related discipline
  • Experience working with mid-market companies in media and telecommunications
  • Knowledge of digital infrastructure trends, including 5G, data centers, and broadband expansion
