Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strategic relationships with multinational corporate clients, providing tailored financial solutions to support their business objectives
• Lead the origination, structuring, and execution of commercial lending, treasury management, and capital markets products
• Conduct comprehensive financial analysis and credit underwriting for client portfolios exceeding $500 million in revenue
• Collaborate with internal JP Morgan teams, including Investment Banking and Asset Management, to deliver integrated solutions
• Monitor client portfolios for risk, identify opportunities for growth, and mitigate potential issues proactively
• Represent JP Morgan Chase at industry conferences and client events to enhance brand visibility in the Philadelphia region
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements, including Dodd-Frank and Basel III standards
• Mentor junior bankers and contribute to team development within the Commercial Banking division
• Drive revenue growth by identifying cross-sell opportunities for JP Morgan's global product suite
• Prepare and present business plans, credit proposals, and performance reports to senior management

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field
• Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in commercial banking, relationship management, or corporate finance within the financial services industry
• Proven track record of managing relationships with multinational corporations and delivering complex financial solutions
• Strong understanding of credit analysis, risk management, and regulatory compliance in commercial lending
• Experience working with clients in diverse industries across the United States
• Ability to travel as needed to meet with clients and attend industry events
• Series 7 and 63 licenses or willingness to obtain them

Preferred Qualifications

• MBA or advanced degree in Finance or related field
• Prior experience at a major financial institution like JP Morgan Chase
• Fluency in additional languages to support international client needs
• Demonstrated success in cross-selling JP Morgan's investment banking and treasury services
