Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage comprehensive proposals for commercial banking clients, tailoring content to align with JP Morgan Chase's strategic goals and client-specific needs
  • Collaborate with sales teams, product specialists, and subject matter experts to gather information and ensure proposals highlight relevant banking solutions
  • Conduct research on client industries and competitors to position JP Morgan Chase's offerings effectively
  • Review and edit proposals for accuracy, compliance with banking regulations, and persuasive messaging
  • Coordinate proposal timelines, including response preparation, formatting, and submission to meet RFP deadlines
  • Track proposal outcomes and contribute to continuous improvement processes for future submissions
  • Support sales presentations by creating supporting materials and pitch decks
  • Maintain a library of proposal templates and best practices specific to commercial banking
  • Ensure all proposals adhere to JP Morgan Chase's branding standards and risk management protocols

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in proposal development, sales support, or account management within the financial services industry
  • Proven track record of creating winning proposals for commercial banking or corporate clients
  • Strong understanding of commercial banking products and services, including lending, treasury management, and capital markets
  • Excellent project management skills with the ability to handle multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment
