Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and nurture a portfolio of key commercial card client relationships to ensure high retention rates and satisfaction
  • Develop and execute growth strategies, including identifying opportunities to expand usage of JP Morgan's commercial card products
  • Conduct regular client meetings, needs assessments, and presentations to highlight value-added services like expense management and fraud prevention
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, product, and risk management, to deliver customized solutions
  • Monitor portfolio performance metrics, such as spend volume, rebate generation, and client engagement, to drive continuous improvement
  • Analyze market trends in payments and commercial cards to advise clients on best practices and innovations
  • Support business development efforts by prospecting new relationships within assigned territories
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, including anti-money laundering (AML) and know-your-customer (KYC) protocols
  • Prepare and present portfolio reports to senior leadership on growth achievements and challenges

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field
  • Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in commercial banking, payments, or financial services relationship management
  • Proven track record in managing client portfolios and driving revenue growth in commercial card or payments products
  • Strong understanding of commercial card solutions, including procurement cards, travel cards, and virtual payments
  • Experience in financial services industry, particularly with large corporate clients
  • Ability to travel up to 20% for client meetings and industry events
  • Series 7 or equivalent licensing preferred, with compliance knowledge in banking regulations
