Key Responsibilities

  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for the Personal Investing portfolio and recommend improvements

  • Identify cost-saving opportunities and efficiency gains within commercial operations

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in commercial finance, FP&A, or financial analysis within the financial services industry
  • Strong understanding of investment products, portfolio management, and digital wealth platforms
  • Proficiency in financial modeling, budgeting, and forecasting techniques
  • Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment
  • Knowledge of UK regulatory requirements for personal investing and financial services
  • ACCA, CIMA, or equivalent professional qualification

Preferred Qualifications
