  • Lead the development and execution of annual financial plans, budgets, and forecasts for the Commercial & Investment Bank central division

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred
  • 8+ years of experience in financial planning and analysis, budgeting, or forecasting within the financial services industry
  • Proven track record in leading FP&A teams in a large-scale banking environment
  • Strong proficiency in financial modeling, variance analysis, and performance metrics
  • Experience with regulatory reporting and compliance in commercial and investment banking
  • Ability to manage multiple stakeholders across global divisions
  • CFA, CPA, or equivalent certification
