Key Responsibilities

• Lead the development and execution of annual financial plans, budgets, and forecasts for the Commercial & Investment Bank central division
• Conduct in-depth financial analysis to support strategic decision-making and identify operational efficiencies
• Collaborate with senior leadership to align financial strategies with JP Morgan Chase's overall business objectives
• Oversee variance analysis and provide actionable insights on performance drivers and risks
• Manage cross-functional teams to ensure accurate financial reporting and compliance with regulatory standards
• Develop and maintain financial models to forecast revenue, expenses, and capital requirements
• Drive process improvements in planning methodologies to enhance accuracy and efficiency
• Support M&A activities and new business initiatives through financial due diligence and projections
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and present findings to executive management
• Foster a culture of financial discipline and innovation within the central planning team

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred
• 8+ years of experience in financial planning and analysis, budgeting, or forecasting within the financial services industry
• Proven track record in leading FP&A teams in a large-scale banking environment
• Strong proficiency in financial modeling, variance analysis, and performance metrics
• Experience with regulatory reporting and compliance in commercial and investment banking
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders across global divisions
• CFA, CPA, or equivalent certification
