Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and expand a portfolio of China-headquartered clients based in Singapore, focusing on FX, rates, and investment solutions
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with senior executives and decision-makers in target clients
  • Identify client needs and pitch tailored financial products and solutions to drive revenue growth
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including trading, structuring, and research to deliver comprehensive advisory services
  • Monitor market trends, regulatory changes, and client performance to provide proactive insights and recommendations
  • Coordinate with global JP Morgan teams to ensure seamless execution of cross-border transactions
  • Achieve sales targets and contribute to the overall growth of the Commercial & Investment Bank in Asia
  • Prepare client presentations, proposals, and reports to support business development initiatives
  • Ensure compliance with internal policies, regulatory requirements, and risk management standards

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in financial sales, client coverage, or relationship management within investment banking or capital markets
  • Proven track record in growing client portfolios, particularly with Asia-Pacific headquartered clients
  • Strong understanding of FX, rates, and investment solutions products in the financial services industry
  • Fluency in Mandarin Chinese and English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment in Singapore's financial hub
  • Relevant licenses or certifications such as CFA, FRM, or Series 7 equivalent

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in JP Morgan Chase or a similar bulge-bracket investment bank
