Key Responsibilities

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Risk Management, Environmental Science, or a related field
  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in risk management, control functions, or compliance within the financial services industry
  • Proven track record in managing environmental and social risk frameworks in banking or investment sectors
  • Strong understanding of regulatory requirements related to E&S risks, such as EU Taxonomy, SFDR, or Equator Principles
  • Experience leading cross-functional teams in implementing risk standards and controls
  • Professional certification in risk management (e.g., FRM, CRISC) or sustainability (e.g., CFA ESG Investing Certificate)
