Key Responsibilities

  • Source and identify top executive-level banker talent across the US for JP Morgan Chase's Commercial & Investment Bank division
  • Build and maintain a robust network of potential candidates through industry events, LinkedIn, and direct outreach
  • Conduct initial screenings, interviews, and assessments to evaluate candidate fit for senior banking roles
  • Collaborate with hiring managers and business leaders to understand talent needs and develop targeted search strategies
  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from requisition to offer negotiation, ensuring compliance with JP Morgan's hiring policies
  • Utilize data analytics to track recruiting metrics and optimize sourcing efforts for efficiency
  • Partner with external search firms when needed to expand candidate pipelines
  • Promote diversity in hiring by targeting underrepresented groups in finance
  • Stay abreast of industry trends in commercial and investment banking to anticipate talent demands
  • Prepare reports on recruitment progress and contribute to talent strategy discussions

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Human Resources, or a related field
  • 3-5 years of experience in executive search, recruiting, or talent acquisition within the financial services industry
  • Proven track record of sourcing and placing executive-level talent in banking or investment roles
  • Strong understanding of the commercial and investment banking sectors, including key roles such as relationship managers and investment bankers
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage C-suite executives
  • Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and CRM tools used in high-volume recruiting
  • Ability to travel up to 25% across the US for networking and client meetings

Preferred Qualifications

  • Advanced degree (MBA) or certification in recruiting (e.g., SHRM-CP)
  • Experience recruiting for JP Morgan Chase or similar bulge-bracket investment banks
