Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Science, or a related field; advanced degree preferred
  • 8+ years of experience in data architecture, data modeling, and enterprise data management within financial services
  • Proven track record in leading data architecture initiatives in a large-scale banking environment, with familiarity in regulatory compliance such as GDPR and Basel III
  • Deep expertise in cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud, with hands-on experience in data lakes, ETL processes, and big data technologies
  • Strong understanding of data governance frameworks and metadata management in a financial context
  • Experience in agile methodologies and cross-functional team leadership
  • Ability to obtain necessary security clearances for working with sensitive financial data
