  • Contribute to process improvements by identifying inefficiencies in workflow and recommending enhancements
  • Handle client inquiries related to trade settlements and payment processing
  • Ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements in all operational activities
  • Participate in training sessions and mentorship programs to build skills in banking operations
  • Monitor and report on key operational metrics to support decision-making
  • Support audit processes by preparing documentation and responding to queries

Required Qualifications

  • A bachelor's degree or equivalent in finance, business, economics, or a related field
  • At least 2 years of prior professional experience in financial services, operations, or a related industry
  • Eligibility to work in the United Kingdom without sponsorship
  • Strong command of English, both written and verbal
  • Demonstrated career break of at least 2 years, with motivation to relaunch in financial services
  • Ability to obtain necessary regulatory approvals for working in banking operations
  • Commitment to a 12-month program with potential for extension or full-time conversion
