Key Responsibilities

• Support daily operations in the Commercial & Investment Bank, including transaction processing and reconciliation
• Assist in managing client inquiries and resolving operational issues efficiently
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory standards
• Analyze operational data to identify process improvements and mitigate risks
• Contribute to the execution of trade settlements and payments in a high-volume environment
• Participate in project initiatives aimed at enhancing operational efficiency within the London team
• Monitor and report on key performance indicators for banking operations
• Support audit and control processes to maintain the integrity of financial transactions

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in finance, business, economics, or a related field
• At least 2-5 years of prior professional experience in financial services, operations, or a related industry
• Eligibility to work in the United Kingdom without sponsorship
• Strong understanding of regulatory requirements in the financial sector, including UK FCA guidelines
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel for data analysis
• Ability to obtain necessary security clearances for working in a banking environment
