Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the development and maintenance of the China Resiliency Program for JP Morgan's Commercial & Investment Bank, ensuring alignment with global standards
  • Conduct regular risk assessments and business impact analyses to identify potential disruptions in trading, lending, and investment operations
  • Coordinate crisis management exercises, including tabletop simulations and full-scale drills, involving stakeholders across Shanghai and global teams
  • Collaborate with technology, compliance, and operations teams to enhance cyber resiliency and disaster recovery capabilities
  • Monitor regulatory changes in China and advise senior leadership on impacts to business continuity planning
