Key Responsibilities

• Lead the execution of strategic initiatives within the Digital & Platform Services team, focusing on commercial and investment banking priorities
• Collaborate with senior stakeholders to define and implement digital transformation roadmaps that enhance platform capabilities
• Conduct market analysis and competitive benchmarking to inform strategic decisions in the financial services landscape
• Manage cross-functional projects, ensuring alignment with JP Morgan Chase's overall business objectives and risk frameworks
• Develop and track key performance metrics (KPIs) for strategic programs, providing regular updates to leadership
• Identify opportunities for innovation in digital services, such as API integrations or client-facing platforms
• Facilitate partnerships with internal technology teams and external vendors to deliver scalable solutions
• Prepare executive-level presentations and reports on strategy progress and outcomes
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements in all strategic executions within the banking sector

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred
• 7+ years of experience in strategy, consulting, or execution roles within financial services, investment banking, or commercial banking
• Proven track record of leading strategic initiatives in digital transformation or platform services
• Strong understanding of the commercial and investment banking sectors, including regulatory environments and market dynamics
• Experience with project management methodologies such as Agile or Waterfall in a high-stakes financial environment
• Ability to analyze complex data and financial models to drive strategic decision-making
