Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute paid social media strategies to promote JP Morgan Chase's Commercial & Investment Banking products and services

  • Analyze campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics and platform insights to measure KPIs such as CTR, CPA, and ROAS
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including content creators, legal, and compliance to ensure all campaigns adhere to financial regulations

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
  • 5+ years of experience in paid social media marketing, preferably in financial services or a regulated industry
  • Proven track record of managing paid social campaigns on platforms like LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter
  • Strong understanding of social media algorithms, targeting strategies, and performance metrics
  • Experience with budget management and ROI analysis for digital advertising
