Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with senior leadership to identify and advance key strategic initiatives in the Commercial Real Estate (CRE) business line
  • Optimize operational processes to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and improve performance metrics within CRE portfolios
  • Conduct market analysis and provide insights on CRE trends to inform business decisions and risk management
  • Manage cross-functional projects, including budgeting, forecasting, and resource allocation for CRE initiatives
  • Develop and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure business health and drive continuous improvement
  • Facilitate communication between CRE teams, compliance, and risk management to ensure regulatory adherence
  • Support business development efforts by analyzing opportunities in CRE lending and investment
  • Prepare executive reports and presentations on business performance and initiative progress
  • Mentor junior team members and foster a culture of innovation in the CRE group

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related field
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in commercial real estate, banking, or financial services
  • Proven track record in business management, project management, or operational optimization within a financial institution
  • Strong understanding of commercial real estate markets, lending practices, and regulatory requirements
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with experience in data-driven decision making
  • Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and drive cross-functional initiatives
