Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to expand JP Morgan's market share in the energy sector, identifying new business opportunities
  • Collaborate with trading, structuring, and research teams to deliver tailored solutions that address client risk exposures in volatile energy markets
  • Lead the Paris-based energy sales team, providing guidance on market trends, product innovation, and performance targets

Required Qualifications

  • Proven track record in OTC derivatives sales, particularly in energy commodities such as oil, gas, and power
  • Strong understanding of global energy markets, regulatory environments (e.g., EMIR, MiFID II), and risk management practices
  • Fluency in English and French, with excellent communication skills for client-facing roles
