Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute comprehensive communication strategies for the Global Finance Technology organization at JP Morgan Chase
  • Lead the creation of engaging content, including reports, presentations, and digital assets, tailored to internal and external stakeholders
  • Collaborate with technology, finance, and compliance teams to ensure messaging aligns with business objectives and regulatory standards
  • Design user experience-focused communications that enhance employee engagement and client interactions in financial services
  • Manage content production processes, from ideation to distribution, across multiple channels including intranet, email, and social platforms
  • Analyze communication effectiveness using metrics and feedback to drive continuous improvement
  • Mentor junior team members and foster a culture of innovative storytelling in the finance technology space
  • Support executive leadership in preparing high-impact materials for board meetings, investor relations, and industry events
  • Ensure all communications adhere to JP Morgan Chase's brand guidelines and risk management protocols

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Communications, Journalism, Marketing, or a related field; advanced degree preferred
  • 8+ years of experience in communications, content design, or user experience roles within the financial services industry
  • Proven track record leading communication strategies for technology or finance organizations
  • Strong understanding of global finance technology ecosystems and regulatory environments
  • Experience managing cross-functional teams in a fast-paced corporate setting
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to simplify complex financial concepts
