Required Qualifications

  • Active Mortgage Loan Originator (MLO) license in Illinois or ability to obtain within 120 days
  • Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish required
  • Strong understanding of community lending programs and fair lending regulations
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a competitive environment
  • Knowledge of local Chicago real estate market and affordable housing initiatives

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working with underserved communities or community development financial institutions
