Key Responsibilities

  • Prospect and develop relationships with potential homebuyers, real estate agents, and community organizations in Tacoma, WA
  • Guide clients through the home lending process, from application to closing, ensuring a seamless and compliant experience
  • Achieve and exceed sales goals by originating high-quality mortgage loans that align with JP Morgan Chase's risk standards
  • Educate clients on mortgage products, including FHA, VA, and conventional loans, tailored to their financial needs
  • Collaborate with internal teams to underwrite and process loans efficiently while adhering to regulatory requirements
  • Participate in community outreach events to promote affordable housing initiatives and build brand awareness for JP Morgan Chase
  • Analyze client financial profiles to recommend suitable lending solutions and mitigate risks

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in finance, business, or related field
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in mortgage lending, sales, or financial services
  • Active Mortgage Loan Originator (MLO) license in Washington State or ability to obtain within 120 days
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets in a competitive environment
  • Strong understanding of federal and state lending regulations, including fair lending practices
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills with diverse client bases
  • Ability to work independently and collaborate with cross-functional teams at JP Morgan Chase

Preferred Qualifications
