Required Qualifications

  • Active Mortgage Loan Originator (MLO) license in Illinois, or ability to obtain within 120 days of hire
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets in a competitive environment
  • Strong understanding of federal and state lending regulations, including fair lending practices
