Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Community Development, or a related field
  • At least 3-5 years of experience in community engagement, relationship management, or financial services outreach
  • Proven track record of building and maintaining relationships with diverse community stakeholders
  • Strong understanding of local economic development and financial inclusion principles
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with experience in public speaking
  • Ability to travel within the Fort Myers area and surrounding regions as needed
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
