Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute community engagement strategies to strengthen relationships with local businesses, non-profits, and government entities in Fort Myers
• Identify and pursue opportunities for JPMorgan Chase to support economic development projects, such as affordable housing and small business lending
• Collaborate with internal teams to align community initiatives with the bank's financial products and services
• Organize and participate in community events, workshops, and financial education programs to promote financial wellness
• Monitor and report on the impact of community investments, ensuring compliance with regulatory and internal standards
• Build partnerships with local leaders to address social issues like financial inclusion and workforce development
• Analyze community needs through data and stakeholder feedback to inform strategic planning
• Represent JPMorgan Chase at public forums, media events, and networking opportunities to enhance brand visibility
• Support philanthropic efforts by managing grant applications and volunteer programs in the region
• Ensure all activities adhere to ethical standards and JPMorgan Chase's commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Community Development, or a related field
• At least 3-5 years of experience in community engagement, relationship management, or financial services outreach
• Proven track record of building and maintaining relationships with diverse community stakeholders
• Strong understanding of local economic development and financial inclusion principles
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with experience in public speaking
• Ability to travel within the Fort Myers area and surrounding regions as needed
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation

• Experience working in the financial services industry, particularly with community banking or philanthropy
