Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with community leaders, non-profits, and local businesses in Grand Rapids to promote JPMorgan Chase's financial products and services

Required Qualifications

  • Strong understanding of financial services regulations and community reinvestment requirements (e.g., CRA compliance)
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to engage diverse stakeholders
  • Ability to travel within the Grand Rapids area and surrounding regions as needed
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
