Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with community leaders, non-profits, and local businesses in Grand Rapids to promote JPMorgan Chase's financial products and services
• Identify and pursue opportunities for community investment, including small business lending, affordable housing initiatives, and financial education programs
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure compliance with Community Reinvestment Act (CRA) standards and report on community development activities
• Organize and lead events, workshops, and outreach programs focused on financial literacy and economic empowerment
• Monitor local market trends and economic conditions to advise on tailored financial solutions for community needs
• Build partnerships with government agencies and economic development organizations to support inclusive growth in the region
• Track and measure the impact of community initiatives, providing data-driven insights to senior leadership
• Represent JPMorgan Chase at local events, chambers of commerce, and networking forums to enhance brand visibility
• Support branch teams in customer acquisition and retention through community-focused strategies
• Ensure all activities align with JPMorgan Chase's commitment to responsible banking and diversity, equity, and inclusion

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Community Development, or a related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in community engagement, relationship management, or financial services outreach
• Proven track record of building partnerships with local organizations, government entities, and community groups
• Strong understanding of financial services regulations and community reinvestment requirements (e.g., CRA compliance)
• Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to engage diverse stakeholders
• Ability to travel within the Grand Rapids area and surrounding regions as needed
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working in the financial services industry, particularly with community banking or development initiatives
• Knowledge of local Grand Rapids economic landscape, including underserved communities and small business ecosystems
• Certification in community development or financial literacy training (e.g., CDFI or similar)
• Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish to serve diverse populations
• Previous experience with JPMorgan Chase or similar large financial institutions
