  • Qualified solicitor or chartered secretary with at least 5 years of experience in corporate secretarial roles within financial services
  • In-depth knowledge of UK company law, corporate governance regulations, and financial industry standards such as those from the FCA and PRA
  • Proven experience in managing board-level documentation and compliance for multinational corporations
  • Strong understanding of securities regulations, including listing rules for the London Stock Exchange
  • Experience with electronic filing systems and corporate governance software
  • Eligibility to work in the UK without sponsorship
