Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain key compensation reports and dashboards to support decision-making for senior stakeholders at JPMorgan Chase

  • Collaborate with HR and Finance teams to design and implement compensation solutions aligned with business objectives

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Statistics, or a related field
  • 2+ years of experience in compensation analytics, HR analytics, or financial reporting within the financial services industry
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools such as SQL, Excel, and Tableau for generating compensation insights
  • Strong understanding of compensation structures, including base pay, incentives, and equity in a banking environment
