Reporting to the Head of Compensation, you will play a key role in shaping total rewards programs that attract, motivate, and retain exceptional talent in a highly competitive industry, while ensuring alignment with our risk management and regulatory frameworks. As Compensation Vice President, you will lead complex projects involving market analysis, incentive design, and pay equity initiatives tailored to the financial services landscape. You will collaborate closely with senior leaders across divisions to benchmark compensation against peers like Goldman Sachs and Bank of America, utilizing advanced analytics to inform decisions on base pay, variable incentives, and equity grants. Your expertise will be crucial in navigating U.S. regulatory requirements, such as those from the SEC and OCC, and in optimizing compensation structures to drive performance in our Plano operations hub, a key center for technology and corporate functions.
