Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the design, execution, and oversight of GFCC testing processes to evaluate the effectiveness of controls across JP Morgan Chase's global operations
  • Develop and implement strategic testing methodologies to identify and mitigate financial crimes risks, including AML, sanctions, and bribery/anti-corruption
  • Collaborate with senior stakeholders to drive risk-based decisions and enhance compliance frameworks in alignment with regulatory expectations
  • Conduct comprehensive reviews and assessments of operational controls, recommending remediation actions to address identified gaps
  • Monitor and report on testing outcomes, key risk indicators, and trends to executive leadership and regulatory bodies

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Law, or a related field
  • Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in compliance, risk management, or financial crimes within the banking or financial services industry
  • Proven expertise in global financial crimes compliance (GFCC) frameworks, including AML, sanctions, and fraud prevention
  • Strong understanding of regulatory requirements such as those from OCC, FINRA, and international bodies like FATF
  • Experience leading testing and assurance programs for operational risk and controls
