Key Responsibilities

  • Lead comprehensive risk assessments and control testing across Compliance and Operational Risk functions to identify gaps and vulnerabilities
  • Develop and execute testing strategies aligned with JP Morgan Chase's enterprise risk framework
  • Collaborate with business units to evaluate control effectiveness and recommend enhancements for regulatory compliance
  • Drive remediation efforts by prioritizing issues, tracking progress, and ensuring timely resolution
  • Prepare detailed reports on testing outcomes, risk exposures, and mitigation plans for senior management and regulators
  • Mentor and guide junior team members in risk testing methodologies and best practices
