Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify, assess, and mitigate risks in financial services operations
  • Develop and maintain testing methodologies, ensuring alignment with firm-wide risk management standards
  • Analyze test results, document findings, and recommend actionable improvements to control environments
  • Support regulatory reporting and audits by providing evidence of control effectiveness and risk mitigation

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Risk Management, or a related field
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in compliance, operational risk, or internal audit within the financial services industry
  • Strong understanding of regulatory frameworks such as Basel III, Dodd-Frank, and local Indian regulations like RBI guidelines
  • Proven experience in conducting risk testing, control assessments, and issue validation in a banking environment
  • Certification in risk management, such as CRISC, CISA, or FRM
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and regulatory requirements
  • Proficiency in English; additional languages like Hindi are a plus for the Bengaluru location
