Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Computer Science, Data Analytics, or a related field; advanced degree preferred
  • 8+ years of experience in data governance, compliance, or regulatory reporting within the financial services industry
  • Proven leadership experience in managing data strategy and cross-functional teams in a banking or investment environment
  • Deep knowledge of financial regulations such as Dodd-Frank, MiFID II, and SEC rules relevant to market surveillance
  • Experience with data management frameworks and tools in a large-scale financial institution
  • Strong understanding of data privacy laws like GDPR and CCPA in the context of financial data handling
  • Ability to navigate complex regulatory landscapes and drive compliance initiatives at an enterprise level

  • Master's degree or MBA in a relevant discipline
