You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams in technology, legal, and business units to address emerging threats, such as those posed by digital transformation and regulatory changes like those from the SEC and OCC. Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design, implementation, and maintenance of IAM technologies to support Compliance Conduct and Operational Risk initiatives at JP Morgan Chase
• Conduct risk assessments and gap analyses for identity and access controls across CCOR lines of business, ensuring alignment with firm-wide policies
• Collaborate with technology, cyber, and compliance teams to mitigate operational risks related to user access and data protection
• Develop and enforce access management policies, including role-based access control (RBAC) and privileged access management (PAM)
• Monitor and report on IAM metrics, identifying potential vulnerabilities and recommending remediation strategies
• Support regulatory audits and examinations by providing documentation and evidence of compliance controls
• Drive continuous improvement in IAM processes to enhance security posture and operational efficiency
• Mentor junior team members and foster a culture of risk awareness within the technology organization
• Integrate IAM solutions with broader cyber risk management frameworks to protect sensitive financial data

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or a related field
• Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in Identity and Access Management (IAM) technologies within the financial services industry
• Proven track record in operational risk management and compliance frameworks, particularly in banking and regulatory environments
• Strong understanding of regulatory requirements such as SOX, GDPR, and Basel III related to access controls and data security
• Experience with IAM tools and platforms like SailPoint, Okta, or Active Directory in a large-scale enterprise setting
• Demonstrated ability to manage cross-functional teams in technology and risk assessment projects

Preferred Qualifications

• Advanced certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or CRISC
• Experience working at a major financial institution like JP Morgan Chase or similar
• Knowledge of cloud-based IAM solutions (e.g., AWS IAM, Azure AD)
• Prior involvement in audit and compliance remediation projects within operational risk
