Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the development and implementation of the Technology Compliance programme across CCOR LOB/CF/Country Coverage in Dublin
  • Identify, assess, and mitigate compliance risks associated with technology initiatives and operations
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Legal, Risk, and Technology to ensure regulatory adherence
  • Develop and maintain compliance policies, procedures, and training programs tailored to financial services technology
  • Monitor regulatory changes in the EU and Ireland, advising senior management on impacts to JP Morgan Chase operations
  • Conduct compliance audits, gap analyses, and reporting to internal and external stakeholders
  • Foster a culture of compliance awareness within the team and broader organization
  • Support country coverage initiatives by providing compliance guidance for international expansion
  • Manage relationships with regulators such as the Central Bank of Ireland and contribute to examinations
  • Drive continuous improvement in compliance risk management frameworks using data analytics and best practices

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Law, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in compliance, risk management, or regulatory affairs within the financial services industry
  • Proven track record in leading compliance programs, particularly in technology and operational risk areas
  • Strong knowledge of EU regulatory frameworks including GDPR, MiFID II, and AML directives
  • Professional certifications such as CAMS, CRCM, or equivalent in compliance and risk management
  • Experience working in a global financial institution with exposure to cross-border compliance issues
  • Ability to obtain necessary regulatory approvals for working in the financial sector in Ireland
