Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the development and enhancement of the Technology Compliance programme within JP Morgan Chase's CCOR framework
  • Identify, assess, and mitigate compliance risks associated with technology initiatives, including AI, cloud computing, and digital banking
  • Collaborate with technology, legal, and business teams to ensure regulatory adherence across London-based operations
  • Design and implement training programs to foster a culture of compliance in technology-driven projects
  • Conduct gap analyses and recommend improvements to existing compliance policies and procedures
  • Monitor emerging regulatory changes in the UK and EU, advising senior leadership on impacts to JP Morgan's operations
  • Oversee compliance reporting and documentation for internal audits and external regulators like the FCA

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Law, Business Administration, or a related field; advanced degree (e.g., JD, MBA) preferred
  • Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in compliance, risk management, or regulatory affairs within the financial services industry
  • Proven track record in leading compliance programs, particularly in technology and digital risk areas
  • Strong knowledge of UK and EU financial regulations, including FCA, PRA, GDPR, and MiFID II
  • Experience in developing and implementing compliance frameworks for large-scale financial institutions
  • Professional certifications such as CAMS, CRCM, or CCEP
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, global environment with cross-functional teams

  • Deep expertise in technology compliance, including cybersecurity and data privacy in fintech
