Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement compliance risk management frameworks within the CCOR organization to ensure adherence to regulatory standards
  • Conduct risk assessments and gap analyses for business lines, focusing on compliance, conduct, and operational risks
  • Monitor emerging regulatory changes and advise senior management on potential impacts to JP Morgan Chase operations
  • Lead compliance testing and validation activities, including documentation and remediation of identified issues
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams in LOB/CF/Country Coverage to integrate compliance controls into business processes
  • Prepare and present compliance risk reports to regulatory bodies and internal stakeholders
  • Support the design and execution of training programs on compliance and operational risk topics
  • Investigate compliance incidents and recommend preventive measures to mitigate future risks
  • Contribute to the enhancement of CCOR policies and procedures in alignment with firm-wide risk appetite

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Law, or a related field
  • Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in compliance risk management within the financial services industry
  • Strong knowledge of regulatory frameworks such as Dodd-Frank, Basel III, and SEC regulations
  • Proven track record in identifying and mitigating compliance risks in a large-scale banking environment
  • Experience with compliance monitoring, testing, and reporting processes
  • Ability to analyze complex regulatory requirements and translate them into actionable compliance programs
  • Professional certifications such as Certified Regulatory Compliance Manager (CRCM) or equivalent
