Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with small business clients, providing customized financial solutions including loans, lines of credit, and treasury services
• Conduct comprehensive financial analysis and credit assessments to recommend appropriate banking products from JP Morgan Chase's portfolio
• Drive business growth by identifying new opportunities within the existing client base and prospecting for new small business accounts in the Nashville region
• Collaborate with internal teams, including credit risk, product specialists, and compliance, to ensure seamless delivery of banking services
• Advise clients on cash management, merchant services, and payment solutions to optimize their financial operations
• Monitor portfolio performance, mitigate risks, and ensure adherence to JP Morgan Chase's risk management policies
• Represent JP Morgan Chase at local business events, networking groups, and community initiatives to enhance brand visibility
• Prepare detailed reports on client interactions, deal pipelines, and market trends for senior leadership
• Stay updated on industry regulations, economic conditions, and competitive landscape to inform strategic recommendations

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field
• Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in business banking, commercial lending, or financial services
• Proven track record in providing financial solutions to small and medium-sized businesses
• Strong understanding of credit analysis, risk management, and regulatory compliance in banking
• Experience in client relationship management and portfolio growth within the financial sector
• Ability to analyze financial statements and develop tailored financing strategies
• Series 7 and 63 licenses or equivalent certifications preferred for regulatory compliance
