Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain relationships with small business clients, offering tailored financial solutions including loans, lines of credit, and treasury services
  • Conduct comprehensive financial analysis and credit underwriting to assess client needs and risks in alignment with JP Morgan Chase's standards
  • Collaborate with internal teams to deliver innovative banking products, such as cash management and payment solutions, to over 3 million nationwide small businesses
  • Identify growth opportunities and upsell JP Morgan's suite of services, driving revenue in the Business Banking division

  • Prepare detailed reports and presentations for senior management on portfolio performance and business development initiatives

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field
  • Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in business banking, commercial lending, or financial services consulting
  • Proven track record in providing financial solutions to small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs)
  • Strong understanding of credit analysis, risk assessment, and regulatory compliance in the banking sector
