Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with product teams to innovate and develop new features for consumer debit banking products at JP Morgan Chase
• Conduct user research and gather insights to shape and optimize debit card offerings for enhanced customer experience
• Analyze market trends, competitor products, and customer feedback to inform product strategy in the financial services sector
• Work closely with engineering and design teams to ensure seamless integration of debit functionalities in mobile and online banking platforms
• Monitor product performance metrics and recommend data-driven improvements to drive user adoption and satisfaction
• Ensure compliance with banking regulations and internal JP Morgan Chase standards throughout the product lifecycle

Required Qualifications
