Key Responsibilities

  • Support the evaluation and execution of strategic investments and partnerships in Chase Strategic Investments & Auto Finance
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify growth opportunities in consumer and community banking
  • Build and maintain financial models to assess investment viability, including DCF, LBO, and scenario analyses
  • Assist in due diligence processes for potential acquisitions, joint ventures, and strategic alliances
  • Prepare pitch decks, memos, and presentations for senior management and external stakeholders
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including legal, risk, and operations, to ensure seamless deal execution
  • Monitor portfolio performance and provide ongoing support for post-investment integration
  • Contribute to the development of business strategies that align with JP Morgan Chase's overall corporate objectives
  • Analyze industry trends in auto finance and consumer lending to inform strategic decision-making

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field
  • 2-4 years of relevant experience in corporate development, investment banking, strategy consulting, or financial services
