Key Responsibilities

• Support the execution of strategic acquisitions and partnerships within the Consumer & Community Bank division
• Conduct due diligence and financial analysis for potential deals, including valuation and synergy assessments
• Develop and manage integration plans for acquired entities, ensuring seamless alignment with JP Morgan Chase's operations
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including legal, compliance, technology, and operations to mitigate risks
• Monitor integration progress, track key performance indicators, and report to senior leadership
• Assist in partnership negotiations, focusing on consumer banking initiatives like digital payments or community lending programs
• Analyze market trends and competitive landscapes to inform strategic recommendations
• Ensure regulatory compliance throughout the acquisition and integration lifecycle
• Contribute to post-integration optimization, identifying opportunities for cost savings and revenue growth

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field
• 3-5 years of experience in corporate development, mergers and acquisitions, or strategic integrations within the financial services industry
• Strong understanding of banking regulations and compliance requirements in the consumer and community banking sector
• Proven track record of supporting acquisition integrations or partnership implementations
• Excellent analytical skills with experience in financial modeling and due diligence
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment

• MBA or advanced degree in Finance or related field
