Your analytical expertise will be crucial in modeling deal economics, identifying risks, and recommending strategies that maximize long-term value. Key Responsibilities

• Support the execution of strategic acquisitions and partnerships within the Consumer & Community Bank division, focusing on seamless integrations
• Conduct due diligence on potential targets, including financial, operational, and regulatory assessments
• Develop and implement integration plans to ensure alignment with JP Morgan Chase's business objectives and risk frameworks
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including legal, compliance, technology, and operations, to mitigate integration risks
• Analyze market trends and competitive landscapes to inform acquisition strategies in consumer banking
• Monitor post-acquisition performance metrics and drive value realization through ongoing optimizations
• Prepare executive-level reports and presentations on integration progress and outcomes
• Assist in negotiating partnership agreements, ensuring compliance with federal banking regulations
• Contribute to the development of corporate development strategies that enhance community banking initiatives
• Identify synergies and cost-saving opportunities during the integration process

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in corporate development, mergers and acquisitions, or strategic integrations within the financial services industry
• Proven track record in supporting acquisition integrations, including due diligence and post-merger execution
• Strong understanding of banking regulations, compliance standards, and risk management in consumer and community banking
• Excellent analytical skills with experience in financial modeling and valuation techniques
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-stakes environment with cross-functional teams
• Willingness to travel as needed for integration projects

Preferred Qualifications

• MBA or advanced degree in Finance or related field
• Experience in consumer banking or community development initiatives at a major financial institution
• Prior exposure to JP Morgan Chase's systems, processes, or similar large-scale banking operations
• Certification in project management (e.g., PMP) or financial analysis (e.g., CFA Level I)
• Background in partnership development for fintech or strategic alliances in the banking sector
